Return Eligibility
We accept returns in the following cases:
- The product is damaged or defective upon arrival.
- You have received the wrong product.
To qualify for a return:
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached.
- An unboxing video is mandatory for return or exchange requests. Without an unboxing video, no return or exchange will be accepted.
- All accessories, certificates of authenticity, and documentation provided with the watch must be included.
- Watches that have been resized, worn, or altered in any way will not be eligible for return or exchange.
Return Period
- You must initiate a return request within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
Exchange Policy
If you receive a damaged or defective item, you may opt for an exchange instead of a return.
Our customer care team will assist you in processing the exchange and ensure that a replacement is sent to you as soon as possible. In the case of an exchange, the replacement product will be shipped only after the original item has been received and inspected.
Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited back to your original payment method.

- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).

Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.
